 I am a freelance lecturer, trainer and writer. I have a private practice where I offer one to one training on life coaching, stress management and general personal development. As a qualified teacher I am able to offer a higher level of life coaching.

Following my experiences in the commercial world and voluntary work on the management team at Harrow Victim Support, I was astounded at the amount of bullying people tolerate at work, most of which goes unchecked due to fear. My work empowers people to stand up for their life without fear of the consequences thus earning respect. 'Assertive in The Workplace' is a popular course with businesses, hospitals and other organisations.
I am a freelance trainer, lecturer and writer, working for Harrow College and Westminster University on the Cert Ed/PGCE. Also working for Harrow College on Interpersonal and Communication Skills. I also work for various organisations as a management consultant and trainer.
